~Ashley~ Castlewood High school 2010 – 2011

Ashley is a beautiful girl with amazing eyes and beautiful skin.  We met in Brookings and my son Casey was my assistant for the day.  We started at the gardens, braving the swarms of mosquitoes, then later headed down town.  It was crazy days so there were a lot of people out and about.  We took some photos by the old Railway Station with Ashley in her prom dress.  She looked amazing confirmed by the whistles of approval from passersby.  We ended her session at the band shelter on SDSU’s campus.  If I sound partial I am,  Ashley is my niece.  She is such a sweet girl and I thoroughly enjoyed taking her senior photos.

Eric ~ Senior 2010-2011 HHS

Eric from HHS had a cool shoot around the Highmore area.  We started out at the track and football field.  Eric was such a good sport as I made him jump over the hurdles until I got the shot.   This was easy for Eric as he was the State Champion  in the 110 meter hurdles this year.  Eric’s mom was my voice activated lighting stand, she was  great help.  Despite having to douse ourselves with mosquito spray, getting rained out, and having to finish up the shoot on Sunday Morning we got some great shots.  Eric is a great kid and I expect we will be hearing his name a lot  his senior year.  Thanks Eric and I hope you enjoy your sneak peek!

Meet Danielle ~ TF Riggs High School Senior REp 2011

I had a fun filled two days shooting Danielle’s senior pictures.  Despite the blistering heat, Danielle managed to look gorgeous.  We split Danielle’s session in two days, starting at Downs Marina.  We then headed down to Pierre Street, and ended the day at the good old Missouri River on the Causeway with a beautiful sunset for a backdrop.  Danielle’s mom was my assistant for the the shoot  and she was a trooper! She kept me organized and picked up my trail of photography related items.  Thank You Britta and Thank you Danielle,  for being such a great senior rep!
